Three distinct zones spread across approximately 48,000 square metres of public floor. Clear paths, visible staff stations and responsible gambling information at every entrance.

Gaming floor overview

Zone A – Tables

Card and other table games are arranged in open clusters. Hosts remain nearby during active hours. When demand is high, staff assign the limited seating.

Zone B – Machines

Machine banks are set out with clear aisle spacing. Volume levels stay moderate. Break areas with seating and water stations are placed at regular intervals.

Zone C – Mixed

A combination area serves tournaments and quieter evening sessions. Layout changes are posted at the floor desk the day before.

Entry and rules

Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 and over with valid photo identification. Current national rules determine which Finnish and foreign IDs are accepted. Bags may be checked at the entrance. Photography of other guests or staff without consent is not permitted.

Snowveil takes part in national responsible gambling programmes. Self-exclusion options and limit-setting tools are available at the responsible gambling desk and online via the links on this site.

Hours

The floor opens daily according to posted schedules. During peak winter periods extended hours apply. Exact closing times are displayed at each entrance.

Staff presence

Floor supervisors and hosts rotate continuously. At any staff station, guests can request assistance or information without formality.
