Use of the website snowveil.online and the services of Snowveil Casino Hotel Resort is governed by these terms.
The site exists for information and reservation requests. Content is for general guidance and may change without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or run automated tools that overload the servers.
Room requests submitted through the site or by email are offers to book. Written confirmation from us forms the contract. Cancellation and amendment rules appear on the confirmation and in the FAQ. Guests must provide accurate information and, when required, present valid identification at check-in.
Guests agree to respect other visitors, staff and property. Quiet hours apply on residential floors. Indoor smoking is not permitted. Pets other than assistance animals are not allowed. If rules are seriously breached, the resort may refuse or end a stay, with appropriate notice and in accordance with Finnish law.
Age verification (18+) and house rules govern access. Gaming is regulated under Finnish law. Responsible gambling tools and self-exclusion options are available. Losses incurred while participating in games of chance are not the resort's liability.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for stays and services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. Indirect or consequential losses are not our responsibility. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for other liabilities that cannot be limited under Finnish law.
Snowveil owns or licenses the text, design and images on the website. Copying or reusing them for commercial purposes requires permission.
The laws of Finland govern these terms. Unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki.
